Designed with vertical and horizontal line concept, this 11 story hotel has suite rooms at every floor with nice green terrace. First two floors serve for commercial, other 8 floors for residential and the basement for services and car parking. Over than 80 rooms, terraced hotel design has 4800sqm land area and construction area of 13.360sqm. 

In this project Creative Design was responsible for concept designs of the hotel and also 3D visualizations.
