KDP Political Party needs a new complex building at Duhok. This project contains an office building, and a conference hall for 700 people, VIP residential floor and a swimming pool and fitness. Total construction area reaches 13000 sqm.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for all disciplines of application projects such as architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical project, BOQ and 3D visualizations.
