This project is a residential part of complex project called Habur Trade Center located in the city which is the first city after Turkey border gate. Due to be a first city, Zaho has remarkable place in financial traffic.
This mix usage 3 block building has both showrooms and residential floors. All basement floors are connected and serving as a garage to the complex. First and second floors are commercial floors contains 24 showrooms. Upper 11 floors are residential floors. All 3 blocks each of them contains 66 units and total 198 flats. In each block every floor contains a pair of 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 types of residential unit.
In this 40.630 sqm construction area project, Creative Design & Construction was responsible for all disciplines of application projects such as master planning, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical ,landscape application projects and 3D visualizations.
